Marshall & White provides clients with high quality, competitively-priced legal support.
We work with companies doing business with the U.S. Government, foreign governments, and in the commercial space. We assist companies with legal and regulatory issues in key industries, including technology, defense, health care, support services and manufacturing. Our practice is focused on government contracting, commercial transactions, IP protection, corporate governance and M&A, data protection and privacy, and international matters including subsidiary formation, entrance into foreign markets and host nation law.
Our attorneys’ backgrounds include experience in F100 law firms, general counsel positions, government and military service, and embedded consultant support. As a result, we are able to provide robust legal support that aligns with our clients’ business models, goals and overall philosophies.
We are located in the heart of Washington, D.C., only a few blocks from the White House. We have a broad and dynamic network of colleagues and affiliates within the law, government and industry. M&W is also a member of key trade associations and advocacy groups like the Northern Virginia Technology Association, the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and the ABA Publics Contracts Section.
