     Representative Matters



  • Successfully protested $3.8 million DHS award for CM services in the Capitol region, resulting in the cancellation of the awarded contract and the eventual award to our client (B-412239)

  • Successfully litigated $2.5 million claim against TSA on behalf of industry-leading security detection system provider

  • Assisted IT storage provider with creation of a $40 million federal subsidiary, including reporting structure, FOCI mitigation, sourcing policies, federal partner programs, and all aspects of compliance

  • On behalf of industry-leading chipset manufacturer, negotiated a $100 million, multi-year R&D contract with several DoE labs, including all IP provisions, patent waivers, co-design requirements, OSS licenses, and source code escrow arrangements

  • On behalf of two IT storage OEMs, negotiated FSI agreements with several large systems integrators, saving each over $4 million, annually, in lost revenue to the channel

  • Developed a global compliance program for two F500 companies with business units in the U.S., Americas, EMEA and APAC, eliminating redundant structures and standardizing processes

  • Implemented SOX controls, quarterly certification procedures, insider trading policies, and audit / disclosure rules for an F200 consultant firm.


  • Successfully defended a global vehicle manufacturer against FCA claims in excess of $20 million involving the up-armoring of military vehicles used in Iraq and Afghanistan.


  • Developed commercial and government-specific templates for a major software suite provider, including its licenses, SaaS agreements, production agreements, SLAs, and channel agreements
